The NSSO strives to deliver excellent corporate business services to the Government and the NSSO’s client Public Service Bodies that meet end-user needs and deliver value for money to citizens. We set high standards for shared services in the Public Service, and we work in partnership with our customers to deliver quality fit-for-purpose services that increase efficiency and effectiveness, and provide information and data insights to management to aid decision-making.
At the very centre of the NSSO’s business are our customers. We provide HR and payroll services to individual customers, to the service standards as set out in our Customer Charter.
